We have released a video introduction to ProjectLibre on our YouTube channel. It is the first of many videos we will release on various ProjectLibre topics. You can access the video here If you subscribe to the ProjectLibre YouTube channel you'll be notified when new videos are posted. We appreciate you being part of the ProjectLibre community. We are looking for user stories so please send to partners@projectlibre.org. How are you using ProjectLibre? What industry and project types?
ProjectLibre is used in over 200 countries and is translated into 31 languages to support users around the world. We recently added to our ProjectLibre YouTube Channel with a video on changing the user interface language.
The video is for users looking to change languages. ProjectLibre reads from Java the language system default. We often get requests that users want ProjectLibre to be launched with a separate language from the system default.
This is an important topic, as you can see on our website map we are in virtually every country in the world. And happily on all 7 continents recently having users in Antarctica. If you cursor over the countries on our website map, you will see the downloads in each country which makes language very important.
You can read the ProjectLibre translated languages in the graphic, important as they support our roughly 200 countries. We are releasing a new version soon and it will contain the new languages in red (Bulgarian, Chinese Traditional, Danish, Greek , Thai and Vietnamese) I want to thank all the translators both for the new languages and all translators for their community support.
We hope this video assists in your usage of ProjectLibre in desired language. We wish everyone success and health!!!!
